What is SoulCraft?

SoulCraft can be defined as an activity that is nourishing to the soul. At SoulCraft, we firmly believe that engaging in creative activities aids relaxation and strengthens mental wellness. In a world that demands so much of our time and energy, our hope is that you will manage to take some down time for you! Each SoulCraft box features a different art or craft project of our own unique design and contains all the materials you need as well as a project guide. We also include some special extras to aid your creative experience!

How does your subscription work?

You can choose a monthly or quarterly auto renew subscription to our SoulCraft box. We also offer three and six monthly prepay options which do not auto renew.

We ship around the 25th of the month and all new sub orders placed before the 24th of the month receive their first project at the end of the current month.

New sub orders placed after the 24th of the month will receive their first project the following month.

You are free to cancel a monthly auto renew subscription at any time via your ‘my account’ or by emailing us at tinycraftbox@gmail.com. In the event that you cancel prior to your billing date, you will receive no more projects from us. If you cancel after your billing date you will still receive your final month’s project.

All our projects are also available for one time purchase in our store.

Are your products suitable for kids?

Whilst our products are generally aimed at adults, our craft projects are also suitable for older kids/teens. Parental supervision and direction is recommended as some projects contain sharp tools. If purchasing a subscription product for a minor please ensure you check the contents of each delivery for any products that may contain allergens.

What is the project guide?

All our project guides consist of digital resources; PDF’s (which you can refer to on screen or print yourself), and videos showing the detail of how we’ve made each project for you to follow. We took the decision to create digital guides instead of printed instructions in an effort to reduce our use of resources in line with our environmental policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You are free to cancel at any time via your ‘my account’ or by emailing us at tinycraftbox@gmail.com. In the event that you cancel prior to your billing date, you will receive no more boxes from us. If you cancel after your billing date you will still receive your final month’s box.

Can I gift your box?

Yes, you can absolutely purchase a subscription or any box(es) as a gift. Please let us know at tinycraftbox@gmail.com if you have any special requests such as a personal note and we will do our very best to accommodate you!

Can I recycle your boxes?

We continuously make every effort to be as eco friendly as possible. Our boxes are made of recyclable corrugated paper material which can be placed into your paper/card collection or you can reuse them. We may even make use of them in one or two of our projects!

I didn’t receive my box?

In the event that your box does not arrive as planned then please email us at tinycraftbox@gmail.com and we will investigate for you.

What is your return policy?

All our subscription projects are made to order and, as such, are non refundable.
If you wish to return a ‘one off’ box you have purchased then please email us at tinycraftbox@gmail.com to let us know the reason. You will be required to return the box in an unopened/unused condition with the contents intact in full. The box must be wrapped in an outer polybag or another box. Any box returned without a protective packing or with missing or used contents will not be accepted for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and you must use a carrier that can provide tracking. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which original payment was made. No shipping charges shall be credited or refunded. Please include the following information with your return; name, address & phone number, email used to place the original order and your reason for return.

We do not provide refunds nor accept returns for opened/used materials or product, materials or product returned after 14 days of receipt, materials or product damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or abnormal use. We are not liable for materials or product damaged or lost in transit back to us therefore please ensure that any returns are carefully and securely packaged.
Please note that all auto renew monthly and upfront multi month pre paid subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase and are non refundable.

How much is shipping?

Canada seems to suffer from an incredibly high cost of shipping! As much as we would love to offer our products inclusive of shipping cost we are simply unable to do so. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We are shipping out of Ontario, Canada.

Please note that in the event our carriers increase the cost of shipping, we will likely have to pass this cost onto our customers and reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Do you ship overseas?

If you are not in Canada, the UK or the US and would like to order then please email us at tinycraftbox@gmail.com. We are happy to ship to your location at your cost. Please note that you remain responsible for any customs/import charges that may arise as a result of importing goods into your country. You are responsible for ensuring that any product or materials you order from us do not violate laws on prohibited or restricted goods in your country.
