What is Panda Crate?
Developed especially for infants and toddlers, Panda Crate is grounded in the science of early childhood development, made helpful, practical, and convenient for parents.
Each delivery includes age- and stage-specific products designed by experts and backed by researchers at Seattle Children’s Hospital to help babies learn by doing what they do best – play & explore their world! We also include a magazine and activity cards to provide parents with the most effective strategies and helpful tips to promote healthy childhood development.
How are Panda crates designed?
Panda Crates are designed by our team of in-house experts, which include former educators and child development professionals, along with our partners at Seattle Children’s Hospital who specialize in child health, behavior, and development.
Additionally, every crate is rigorously tested with babies and parents to ensure the crates are age-appropriate, engaging, and universally appealing. Our products meet (or exceed!) safety testing standards and pass our high quality requirements.
How is Panda Crate tailored to the age of my child?
Panda Crate is designed to grow with your baby through each developmental stage. Panda Crate includes 5 different age ranges: 0-2 months, 3-6 months, 7-12 months, 13-18 months, and 19-24 months. You’ll be asked to enter a birth month and year when you place the order so we can be sure to send out age-appropriate crate activities. As your baby grows, so too will the crates they receive!
SHIPPING
Subscription crates ship anywhere in the United States and Canada, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses. Shipping for monthly and gift subscriptions is free in the U.S. and an additional $6.95 per month to Canada.’
CAN I SKIP A MONTH
Yes – if you do not want to receive a crate for a certain period, you can pause your subscription for one month at a time. To pause, log into your My Account page, click the “Subscription” tab, click “Manage Subscription” next to the subscription that you’d like to pause then click “Pause”. You will not be charged while your subscription is paused. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period is complete and we will send you a reminder email. Pause by 11:59 PM PT on the day prior to your renewal (billing) date to avoid being billed for that month’s crate.
CAN I CANCEL
We hate to see you go, but you can cancel a subscription anytime after the initial prepaid term has been completed. Please cancel by 11:59 PM PT on the day prior to your renewal (billing) date if you do not wish to receive that month’s crate. To cancel, log into your My Account page, click the “Subscriptions” option under your name in the top-right corner, click “Manage Subscription” next to the subscription that you’d like to cancel then click “Cancel.”
