How Do I Cancel?

By clicking “Place Order,” you agree that you may cancel your subscription at any time when on a monthly or quarterly plan and will avoid next month/quarter’s charges if canceled before the next billing date. For US customers, to cancel your subscription, please call us at 248-479-6066 Monday – Friday 9:00 to 5:00 ET. If you wish to cancel before your next billing date, the cancellation request must be received by customer support at least 1 full business day prior to billing. If your billing date falls over a weekend or holiday, the cancellation request must be received before 12:00 pm ET on the previous business day. For International customers, please contact us at support@gentlemansbox.com to cancel your subscription. In order to avoid being billed for your next subscription—whether recurring on a monthly or annual basis—be sure to cancel before the next billing date. For canceling an annual subscription before the next billing, members should contact Gentleman’s Box to stop service.

If you do not receive an automated cancellation notice or written confirmation from one of our team members, then that means that your subscription has NOT been canceled. Please contact us if you are unsure if your subscription is active or suspended.

Can I Skip a Month?

Any monthly subscription option can be placed on a 30-day hold. After 30 days, the subscription will automatically switch back to being “active” and you are eligible to renew on the next renewal date.

Duty & Taxes?

To anything shipped within the United States, we pick up the duties, taxes, and other fees. However, any orders shipping to Michigan will be subject to state sales tax in compliance with Michigan’s “Use Tax” laws for e-commerce purchases. Duties and fees may apply to international orders. You may also want to check with your credit card company in advance in regards to conversion fees as all of our transactions are run in USD. International duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Gentleman’s Box will not reimburse the purchaser for duties.
