What is Simple Loose Leaf?
Simple Loose Leaf has a passion and knowledge of tea, which we want to share with our members. We have the ability to source unique and exciting types of tea that most people would not have access. Our aim is to be able to both customize a tea experience and challenge with new and exciting flavors. Fundamentally, we mail different loose tea to our members every month.
When does Simple Loose Leaf ship?
All of our subscriptions and gift memberships ship at the start of the month. Typically on the 1st business day of the month. During very busy months this might stretch the second business day of the month, but this is rare.
If you would like your 1st month’s teas sent early, just email us at Sales@SimpleLooseLeaf.com or text at 479-259-1677 and request that we ship your teas early.
Can I change from one tea box type to another?
You can absolutely change between the different tea type preferences. You can make these changes in your account or you can ask us for some help. Just email us or text us for assistance.
What is the last day I can order a membership and still get the next shipment?
The cutoff for getting the very next tea box is about noon of the last day of the month. Example: All memberships purchased, or renewed, between the 1st of the month and the last day of the month will get the next month’s box. Any order between May 1st and May 31st will get the June 1st tea box.
How much tea do I get each month?
How much tea do I get each month? Simple Loose Leaf samples are 14 grams, about 1/2 ounce, of premium loose leaf tea. A two tea box will have two unique 14 gram samples each month, a total of 28 grams of tea per month. Our three tea box will feature three unique 14 gram samples each month, a total of 42 grams of tea each month. The four tea box will have four unique premium loose leaf tea sample each month with each sample including 14 grams of loose leaf tea, a total of 56 grams of tea each month.
How can I stop my auto renewals?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime. You can do that by logging into your account, CLICK HERE, or by contacting Simple Loose Leaf customer support at Sales@SimpleLooseLeaf.com.
When a subscription is canceled that stops all future renewals of the subscription without impacting shipments that have already been scheduled for the last renewal.
Once all shipments that were paid for with the most recent renewal or purchase have been shipped, the account will expire without any future renewals, shipments, or charges.
Is shipping extra?
Simple Loose Leaf Memberships, subscription and gift memberships, include free shipping. All other tea purchases have free shipping on orders of $40 or more.
