A: Sudsy Souls ships via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 1 to 3 business days. However, due to current shipping delays, it may take approximately 2 to 8 business days. During the holidays, it could take even longer due to postal shipping delays.

A: Absolutely! Please reuse, repurpose or recycle the boxes and all packaging materials. Thank you!

A: If an item arrives damaged, please contact Sudsy Souls within three (3) days of delivery via email at hello@sudsysouls.net with an attached photo of the damaged item. Each request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We will do our absolute best to make it right!
