What if I don’t like the socks I receive?
Don’t like the sock we sent out that month? Simply send us an email at info@southernscholar.com and we’ll refund or replace your socks, whichever you prefer!
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you don’t like them for ANY REASON, we’ll make it right! If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. You can always skip a month and will not be charged.
How do they fit?
What size foot do they fit, you ask? That’s the beauty of our socks, our signature material blend is designed to form fit to virtually any foot – just ask our very happy customer, Bryan.

**We recommend our socks for a men’s size 8-14 for a true mid-calf sock experience. And, as always, if they don’t fit, we’ll give you your money back!

What is the return policy?
We don’t have a return policy. If you don’t like your socks, we’ll replace or refund them – no questions asked. We don’t ask you to go through the hassle of shipping them back to us. Instead, we simply ask that you donate them to someone in need.
What if I want to modify or cancel my plan?
You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Simply contact us at info@southernscholar.com and we’ll update your account settings for you.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping worldwide, every month. West Coast orders are usually delivered between 2-5 business days and East Coast orders between 4-7 business days.
What about gifting?
We LOVE when our socks are given as gifts! Our socks come beautifully packaged every month (US Only), whether for a gift or not, and you have the option to leave a gift message included in their first box!
When will I get my socks each month?
Your socks will be shipped within a few days of your first order and at the beginning of each following month, so long as your account is active! You can expect to receive your socks around the 5th of each month.
What if my socks get lost in the mail?
We could make you fight with your local post office about the whereabouts of your socks, or we could just send you a new box.. yeah, I think we’ll just do that.
If your socks haven’t arrived by the 7th of the month, email us at info@southernscholar.com and we’ll send out a replacement, on the house!
