CANCEL
We’re sorry to see you go but if you need to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time by clicking “Manage Subscription” at the bottom of the website and clicking cancel subscription. Please note, if you have already been billed for the month, or if you have prepaid ahead a few months you will still receive your final shipment(s) however you will not be billed any further.
WHAT YOU GET
You can expect to receive 6-8 hand-picked beach-inspired essentials such as beach apparel, jewelry, flip flops, exclusively designed Artisan pieces, beauty care, home decor’, mermaid must-have’s, and other surprise items.
BILLING
Due to our detailed curation process and the availability of the handmade products we find from Featured Artisans every season, we bill each customer 30 days in advance. This gives us the exact idea of the number of items and crafts we order from our crafters. We appreciate your patience during our curation process.
Our subscription box billing and shipping schedule is as follows:
Fall Box (Sept/Oct/Nov)
- Auto-Bill August 1st
- Ships September 5th
Winter Box (Dec/Jan/Feb)
- Auto-Bill November 1st
- Ships December 5th
Spring Box (Mar/Apr/May)
- Auto-Bill February 1st
- Ships March 5th
Summer Box (June/July/Aug)
- Auto-Bill May 1st
- Ships June 5th
Boxes are shipped within 2 weeks of ordering or on the date stated “Ships” every season and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box ships.
Example 1: If you Subscribe/Order our box on November 25th, 7 days prior to our scheduled Auto-Bill date of December 1st, you would receive our Winter Box.
Example 2: Subscribe on April 20th and you will be scheduled to receive our Spring Box. Note: Subscriptions Boxes for that season are available on a first-come, first-served basis and supplies may be limited. If supplies are out, you would be notified and scheduled to receive the upcoming seasonal box.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer one-time gift box purchases or an annual gift subscription (4 boxes total) to be sent as gifts along with a personalized message from you in your first gift box. One-time gift box purchases and annual gift subscriptions are paid in full up front, so there are no recurring charges associated with a gift subscription after it ends. And best of all, gift purchases are eligible to earn you Sand Dollar Rewards® toward an Oceanista® Box for yourself!
Once you are on the Oceanista® subscription box ordering page, click the box that says “Gift Subscription”. You will then be sent to the product page where you would input your ocean lovers sizes and personalized information. From there you will be sent to check-out. Complete your order by filling in your billing information and where you would like your gift shipped. You will only be billed one time and the gift recipient will receive one box every season for one full year (4 boxes). One-time Gift Box purchases and Annual Gift Subscriptions are curated just like our main subscription program with a customizable gift note in the first box, and no two boxes will ever be alike!
