Q1:HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Mullyboxes typically ship within 24-48 business hours of your order, and then on the same day of the next month your order will trigger again. *Update* Due to COVID-19 there have been some delay with shipping and at our fulfillment center. We are doing everything in our power to maintain this timeline, however some orders may see up to a week delay.
Q2:WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
While we recommend trying out the subscription for at least 3 months to get a good feel for our wholistic approach, there is no commitment whatsoever. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Q3:WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yep! once your order is handed to the carrier (DHL, Fedex, etc.) we will email you a tracking number that night so you don’t have to watch your doorstep for better golf to come to you!
Q4:WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
While it is our hope that you love your Mullybox, we understand that things happen. We’ll offer a full refund no questions asked as long as you return the box within 30 days of your order. Depending on the nature of return, we may require shipping to be covered back to us due to the lower price point of the box.
Q5:WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
We really strive to help our subscribers play better. This means we provide value beyond the items that you get in every box, the experience that goes with it will include elements of coaching, instruction, and personality. It is our hope that at the end, this means less time throwing your clubs and more time draining putts to save par.

Yes! There may be an up-charge applied at checkout for the increase in shipping cost.
