MEMBERSHIP, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS, OH MY!

Can I skip a month or pause my membership?

Yes. If you plan to be out of town or are not interested in receiving the next month’s featured box, you can pause your subscription. It will automatically resume for the following month.

What can I return/exchange?

You can return or exchange any unopened items in your box. We will also provide a credit or replacement item if you are unsatisfied with a product. However, an item is no longer accepted for return or exchange once opened (think extra shipping/unnecessary emissions).

What if I want to cancel?

If you wish to cancel your order or subscription commitment, you may do so under the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.

What is a subscription agreement?

You commit to these terms and conditions when purchasing a three- or twelve-month subscription. They can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Please contact customer service at solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com for a replacement box or credit.

What if there is a damaged item in my box?

Please contact customer service at solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com with a detailed description of the damaged item and a picture. If it is available, a replacement item will be sent to you. Otherwise, an item of equal value will be sent to you.

Can I pick and choose what items are in my box?

Some months, an option may be available such as color or style. If so, an email will be sent to prompt your selection. 

What if I forget to make my selections for the month?

If you cannot select an option, your selection will default to the first option available in each category for that month.

Do you have any add-ons?

Not at this time, but stay tuned for details.

How do I learn more about the products in my box?

You should find a QR code printed in your box. Scan this code to read all about your products online. There, you’ll find detailed descriptions of the items in your box and a fun instructional video on occasion. In addition, we will include a short story about the makers of your products. If you still have questions about the products, you are welcome to contact customer service at solutions@ecocratesofamerica.com or click on the link in the description to connect with the creators themselves.

Why do the ingredients of my products matter?

The ingredients of your products matter for the health and safety of you and your loved ones. Unfortunately, many products today are made with chemically-laden, artificial ingredients that harm our environment and bodies. ECO CRATES of America strives to provide products free of these harmful ingredients.

What ingredients do ECO CRATES of America avoid in the products they ship?

Why is everything American made?

We believe in strengthening the American economy. While international relationships are essential and even vital, it is possible to become more self-sufficient as a country and strengthen our ability to meet our basic needs. We love supporting small businesses and artisans. While reinvesting our hard-earned money back into our economy, we hope to strengthen the mighty dollar bill.

How do I recycle the contents of my box?

The shipping items and content containers are specially selected to minimize waste. All items used for shipping and content containers are either recyclable or compostable. Contact your local recycling center for more information on how to recycle your items.

Is everything in my box organic?

Not everything in your box is organic. The items shipped each month are carefully selected to ensure safe ingredients are not found to be harmful to our environment or our bodies.

SHIP, SHIPPING AWAY

When does my box ship?

Orders are shipped the last week of each month.

Where is my order?

Upon shipping, you will receive an email that your order is in transit with a tracking number. This tracking number should tell you exactly what day your order will arrive.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take up to five days at the mercy of the United States Postal Service, USPS, and/or FedEx.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all box orders unless otherwise noted.

Where do you source your shipping materials from?

Just like your products, we source our shipping materials from American-based companies. We use EcoEnclose for all our shipping materials, including boxes, packing materials, and tape. These items are either recyclable at your local recycling center or can be broken down and used in your compost.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

The United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

PAYING IT FORWARD

Do you have a give-back program?

Yes. One percent of all profits are used to create a scholarship fund to help up-and-coming “Ecopreneurs of America” start their own business that puts people and the planet before profit.
