Every month our stylists will put together a curated package for you based on your style and preferences. Each package will consist of at least $120 retail worth of clothes and accessories, but you will only pay $65.95. Members can request to pause or skip a month by sending us an email. To skip just email us by the 5th of the month. Members can also request additional or larger packages to be sent through their account.

  3. You will have a stylist assigned to your account. Our stylists will communicate with you at all times if you have any questions or special requests.
  4. Sit back, relax, and let our stylists make you the best dressed person in the room. There are no obligations, no fees, free shipping, and save 25% on everything sold on our online store. Members can skip any month or cancel their membership anytime by emailing us.

CANCEL

You can cancel your account at by emailing us at urbanebox@urbanebox.com. If you email by the 5th of the month your account will be cancelled for that given month and you will not be charged. Any request to cancel after the 5th of the month will take effect the following month.

SKIP A MONTH

Yes, you may skip as many months as you wish without penalty. There are no obligations. Just email us by the 5th of the month if you would like to skip or pause your membership. Members can request to skip 3 consecutive months at a time. Just email us at urbanebox@misterurbane.com.

EXCHANGES

If for some reason the clothes do not fit just log into your account and fill out the return form. Once filled out you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email. All returns must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Tags should be intact, if applicable. We cover shipping charges both ways. We only accept returns for exchange of size only. With that being said, we do understand that we may not get it right all of the time. If you absolutely do not like what was sent to you, please just send us an email. Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy, even if that means accepting a return for an exchange for a different item, from time to time. Happy customers is our primary goal!
