What is the Dermstore Subscriptions program?

The Dermstore Subscriptions program ensures you’ll never run out of your favorite products. By opting in to the Dermstore Subscriptions program, your products will be automatically delivered to you according to your desired frequency: every 1, 2 or 3 months. For many participating products, you’ll also save between 10-20% on your subscriptions, and, as always, shipping is free! Percentage savings, where applicable, are displayed on the product detail pages of all participating products.

How do I modify the frequency or skip a shipment?

It’s easy. Simply log in to your account on Dermstore.com. Click on the “Manage your subscription” link. You will see a list of the products enrolled in Dermstore Subscriptions. If you would like to change the frequency of shipments, click “Update” under the product you would like to modify and then select your desired frequency from the drop-down menu under “Frequency.” If, for any reason, you would like to skip your shipments temporarily, select “Skip” from the drop-down menu under “Status.” Remember to press the “Save Changes” button. Please Note: Any change to your shipment must be made at least one day prior to the next shipment date.

What if I gave the wrong shipping address or I’m not going to be where my subscription is normally shipped?

Dermstore offers an address change or shipment interception service for packages shipped via UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day. This service is $19 and is offered within 24 hours of placing your order. To update your shipping address please contact Customer Service.

What happened to the Auto Refill, 5th free subscription?

Effective August 25, 2016, Dermstore will no longer accept new orders for the Auto Refill, 5th free subscription program. This does not affect your existing Auto Refill subscriptions. All Auto Refill subscriptions made prior to August 25, 2016 are valid and will continue to ship at the frequency you have selected. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your Auto Refill subscription, you will NOT be able to opt back in. Dermstore Subscriptions program has been put into effect. Dermstore points can be converted to Dermstore Dollars (DS$). Every 100 DS Reward points earned = 1 DS$. Dermstore Dollars are redeemable towards Dermstore.com product purchases, and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of a Dermstore eGift Card.
