What is the Dermstore Subscriptions program?

The Dermstore Subscriptions program ensures you’ll never run out of your favorite products. By opting in to the Dermstore Subscriptions program, your products will be automatically delivered to you according to your desired frequency: every 1, 2 or 3 months. For many participating products, you’ll also save between 10-20% on your subscriptions, and, as always, shipping is free! Percentage savings, where applicable, are displayed on the product detail pages of all participating products.

How do I modify the frequency or skip a shipment?

It’s easy. Simply log in to your account on Dermstore.com. Click on the “Manage your subscription” link. You will see a list of the products enrolled in Dermstore Subscriptions. If you would like to change the frequency of shipments, click “Update” under the product you would like to modify and then select your desired frequency from the drop-down menu under “Frequency.” If, for any reason, you would like to skip your shipments temporarily, select “Skip” from the drop-down menu under “Status.” Remember to press the “Save Changes” button. Please Note: Any change to your shipment must be made at least one day prior to the next shipment date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It’s easy. Simply log in to your account on Dermstore.com and click on the “Manage your subscription” link. You will see a list of the products enrolled in Dermstore Subscriptions. Click “Update” under the product you would like to modify and then select “Cancel” from the drop-down menu under “Status.” Remember to press the “Save Changes” button. lease Note: Any change to your shipment must be made at least one day prior to the next shipment date.

How do I change my credit card information for my subscription?

The credit card used for your subscription is the credit card you have on file with Dermstore. If you would like to change/update your credit card information, click here.

What if I gave the wrong shipping address or I’m not going to be where my subscription is normally shipped?

Dermstore offers an address change or shipment interception service for packages shipped via UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day. This service is $19 and is offered within 24 hours of placing your order. To update your shipping address please contact Customer Service.

What happened to the Auto Refill, 5th free subscription?

Effective August 25, 2016, Dermstore will no longer accept new orders for the Auto Refill, 5th free subscription program. This does not affect your existing Auto Refill subscriptions. All Auto Refill subscriptions made prior to August 25, 2016 are valid and will continue to ship at the frequency you have selected. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your Auto Refill subscription, you will NOT be able to opt back in. Dermstore Subscriptions program has been put into effect. When does my BeautyFIX monthly subscription ship?

BeautyFIX ships the first week of each month. If you’d like to cancel your monthly subscription, you have until the last day of the prior month.

How do I cancel my BeautyFIX Subscription?

Simply log in to your account on Dermstore.com and click on the “Manage your subscription” link. You will see the BeautyFIX subscription that you are enrolled in Dermstore Subscriptions. Click “Update” under the BeautyFIX subscription you would like to modify and then select “Cancel” from the drop-down menu under “Status.” Remember to press the “Save Changes” button.

Please Note: BeautyFIX subscriptions cannot be paused, only cancelled. To reactivate your subscription, you must resubscribe through beautyfix.com, if there are available subscriptions.

Are there restrictions for using Dermstore Dollars?

Dermstore Dollars (DS$) may not be used towards the purchase of Dermstore eGift Cards, for shipping upgrades or post-checkout offers. Any purchase made with DS$ is final. Dermstore Dollars will not be refunded for a returned or canceled order. Dermstore reserves the right to require a minimum spend when applying Dermstore Dollars towards a guest’s order on Dermstore.com. This minimum may vary per offer.
