EXCHANGES

We always do our best to pack your box in a secure way to avoid damages. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email (support@tribebeautybox.com) within 3 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage alongside the shipping label on your box. Both items must be photographed together, in the same picture.

If you’re missing an item from your box, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your box with a picture of your box as you received it. 

Sometimes, we run out of stock of replacement items. When this happens, we’ll be sure to provide you with a credit that you can use towards your next box.

Replacement items ship out in the following box. For example, if your replacement was processed in May, it will ship out in the June box (our boxes ship every 2 months). If you are no longer a subscriber or skipped the next box, it’ll be shipped out to you in separate packaging and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and your payment has been received, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange for your box.

CANCEL

Orders are processed shortly after we receive your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it’s been placed.

SKIP A MONTH

In order for us to get an accurate number to brands to ship products in time for shipping, all cancellations/skips must be done by the cut off date. We send our final numbers to our brands and partners on this same day. All Tribers must cancel the day we post our first spoiler. After the end of this day (5PM Eastern Time), we are no longer able to accept order cancellations/skips. Your subscription can be canceled starting from the following box.

TO CANCEL: You can simply log into your account, with the email and password you created at checkout. When you are logged in, you can cancel under “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS” > “SUBSCRIPTIONS” > “CANCEL”.

TO SKIP: Please email us at support@tribebeautybox.com to skip the month on the day of the first spoiler, by 5PM Eastern Time. We are no longer able to accept skips after this cut off time.
