What’s inside the boxes?
Each box contains 5-6 full sized items from small businesses in Canada.

The contents of each box will be revealed as each new season begins. You can follow along on Instagram, Facebook, or by joining the email list.

How does the subscription work?
An annual subscription includes four boxes per year (winter, spring, summer, fall). There are currently two subscription plans:

Subscribe Annually / Pay Annually ($79.99CAD per box paid in one installment of $319.99CAD)
Subscribe Annually / Pay Quarterly ($87.99CAD per box paid every three months)

Boxes ship on Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1.

The minimum commitment for a subscription is for one year (four boxes). After one year your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to unsubscribe/cancel your subscription. You will receive an automated email reminder as your renewal date approaches.

I don’t want to subscribe. Can I buy just one box?
Yes! Any boxes listed in the shop are available for one time purchase. Simply choose the individual box from the store instead of the Annual Subscription option. Prices for individual boxes may vary.

When will my box ship?
Seasonal boxes ship on Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, and Oct 1.

Can I buy a box for someone else?
Of course! When you arrive on the checkout screen select the “this is a gift” option and you will be able to enter a separate shipping address and add a custom gift message.

Gift messages will be handwritten on a locally-sourced greeting card made by a Canadian artist!

Will a gift recipient receive shipping updates?
No. All updates will be sent to the person who purchased an item. You will be able to track shipments for your gift recipient so that you know that your gift has safely arrived!

Can I buy a box from a previous season?
Sometimes! Once the shipping date has passed for a particular season, that season’s box is no longer available as part of a subscription, However, if there are boxes remaining after the season has closed, you will see them in the shop for one-time purchase only.

Can I return my box?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us so we can assist you.

What is a social enterprise?
We are proud to be a social enterprise! A social enterprise is a for-profit business with a social mission at its core. In addition to supporting local businesses with each box, we donate 5% of profits to community organizations working on important social issues.

How does my purchase help others?

In addition to supporting our little shop, you support local businesses across the country. The more you buy from us, the more we buy from them – putting money directly into the hands of small business owners and their families. One box supports at least six small businesses!

As a social enterprise, we donate 5% of profits to local organizations working on important community issues such as poverty reduction, affordable housing, food scarcity, anti-violence, and human rights.
