What is SmoothieBox?
Our original Super Smoothies are packed with nutrients you need to start your day: 100% real fruits and veggies and healthy fats. They’re pre-portioned, frozen, ready-to-blend and delivered to your door on a monthly subscription basis.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the US 48 contiguous states. We aren’t able to ship to Alaska, Canada or Hawaii.
My SmoothieBox has arrived – now what?
Once your SmoothieBox is delivered, unpack it ASAP. While we pack each shipment with dry ice, you’ll want to be sure to move your smoothies to your freezer as quickly as possible. Your smoothies are perishable and should remain frozen. Please be cautious – there may be some dry ice remaining in your SmoothieBox. Do not handle dry ice with your bare hands – it can burn! Grab a kitchen towel or oven mitts and place the dry ice outside or in a well ventilated area to evaporate. Once completely evaporated, the plastic bag can be recycled.
How many servings does one pouch make?
Each smoothie pouch can yield one 16-20 ounce smoothie, or two 8-12 ounce smoothies.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your billing date via your account page or by contacting support@smoothiebox.com
