The Literary Book Club Review Summer 2022

The Literary Book Club is a quarterly literary subscription box. Every quarter, they send you a gorgeous collectible edition of a classic book and thoughtful, curated gifts to make your experience magical. The gifts are wrapped and numbered with page numbers to open as you read. They kindly sent us this box for review.

The Literary Book Club is without a doubt one of the most beautiful book subscription boxes I have the pleasure of reviewing. Every detail has been thought of, the books themselves are works of art, and the gifts match the books perfectly. It is a box that must be experienced at least once!

The Literary Book Club is $74.95 quarterly and shipping is $9.95, only shipping within the US at this time.

Here’s a closer look at the Summer 2022 The Literary Book Club….

Madame Bovary

Swag Bag: We always receive a fun little swag bag which includes things like stickers, a bookmark, bookplate, etc….

8×10 Art Print: Every box includes an art print and it always complements the book. This one is SO pretty and it is speaking to my heart. 

While We Read: Here we have a fun little beverage to enjoy while we read. Rose Earl Grey from Tea Drops. This is a loose leaf tea that dissolves. You simply pour, drop and enjoy.

Page 295: Here we have a pretty little bottle of Violet Flower Syrup. You can use it to make a cocktail, add it to champagne, or for a mocktail simply add it to your favourite soda.

Page 75: Next we have a beautiful travel jewelry case. I love the aqua green color and the circular shape. This is perfect for weekend road trips as it is small and compact.

When You Need a Break: This is fun……here we have a treat to open when we need a break from the book. A shower steamer from Luxe by Cait & Co. It is peppermint and lemon scented and infused with pure essential oils.

Page 116: On page 116 we get to open our next gift which is Artisan Terrazzo Soap. It is so pretty and the shape is so unique. I love the compact size, it will be another great addition to my travel bag.

Last Page: When we have read the last page of the book we get to open our final gift which is an Aromatherapy Jewelry Set. It includes a black lava stone bracelet, Lavender Oil and Joy Oil. The Joy Oil is a blend of Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Coriander, Mandarin, Jasmine, Palmarosa, and Rose oils.

The Literary Book Club Review Summer 2022 – Final Thoughts

So……I’m tempted to say this is my favourite The Literary Book Club to date! The book is beyond gorgeous and I am also very excited to read it. It is going to look so pretty sitting on my bedside table. And as for the gifts – I LOVE them all! The shower steamer, the pretty soap, the cute little jewelry case……I will get use out of everything. They have done an amazing job with the Summer box. This one will be hard to beat!
