Our mission is to deliver joy by empowering and connecting remarkable, remote artisans to mindful customers. We’re a member of the Fair Trade Federation, and every GlobeIn product is ethically produced and designed by artists in developing countries—your purchase empowers artisans around the world!
We have a few ways that you can support artisans:
- Artisan Shop: Purchase 1-time Artisan Boxes and items in our Artisan Shop.
- Maven Rewards Program: Collect points by shopping in the Artisan Shop.
- Premium Membership: Receive a custom box through Box Builder with 3-4 curated items.
- Maven Membership: Monthly membership which allows you access to many of our popular GlobeIn perks.
Refund policy:
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your subscription experience, you can cancel anytime and receive credit to shop from hundreds of products in our online marketplace (including the Artisan Fair and the Artisan Shop). You can do this right from your membership settings and receive credits right away.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope that you love your new GlobeIn products! As GlobeIn products are unique, handcrafted, and specially designed by artisans, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for most products.

I’m so glad my mom told me about this home decor subscription. I got the 6-month subscription and have loved every box i’ve gotten since February. They are now doing collections that span over a 3 month period so you can almost always get the box you want. I love all the kitchen items i’ve gotten recently and most importantly that I am supporting artisans in other countries. I plan to upgrade my sub to the annual subscription because the value is so good.
Company is terribly mismanaged. They moved warehouses in 2020, and have not been able to make deadlines since. Instead of handling the backlog of orders, they proceeded to have promotions to drum up new business. In the GlobeIn Mavens group, they routinely mute people for “negative speech” and do nothing to actually better the service. Items arrive broken, 6 months late, and wrong. Don’t subscribe.
