How Does Good Chop Work?
Good Chop is a flexible meat and seafood subscription service that allows you to build your own box by choosing from over 25 different beef, pork, chicken, and seafood cuts. All of our products come from American farms and fisheries, and are free from anything unnatural: no antibiotics, no added hormones, no additives, and no coloring. Every month, your plan will automatically renew and you’ll have the option to make changes to your selection. Need to pause or deactivate your plan? No worries! We’re super flexible.You can always deactivate your plan until the Sunday before your next delivery at 11:59 pm PT.

When buying meat and seafood, it’s a good idea to consider its origins—you might just be surprised where it’s coming from! For example, did you know that meat labeled “Product of U.S.A.” can be raised abroad as long as it’s processed domestically? We’re not kidding.
Many meat subscription services import their meat on huge cargoes from overseas, but we don’t play that game. All of our meat comes from animals born, raised, and harvested by domestic family farms and independent ranchers. Our wild fish is caught off American coastlines, and our farm-raised seafood comes from U.S. fisheries. Working with domestic producers allows us to reduce pollution caused by international transportation while supporting regional economies at home.
We source truly natural products
We find the industry definition of “natural” for beef and pork too broad, which states that they can be labeled as natural as long they are minimally processed with no artificial ingredients. We go beyond this definition, which is why our meat and seafood is free from anything added: – No antibiotics, ever – No added hormones or growth promotants – 100% vegetarian diet—no animal byproducts, except for milk – No additives – No preservatives – No coloring

We give you options
We believe that you should be able to build your own box and select the cuts of beef you like most, whether pasture-raised, grain-finished, 100% grass-fed, USDA Choice, or USDA Prime. The same goes for other meat and seafood! It’s totally up to you whether you want everyday cuts of chicken, farm-raised fish, or our wild-caught Maine lobster tails.

We work with family farmers and independent ranchers who share our concern for animal welfare and sustainable practices. Every step of the way, they ensure their animals are handled compassionately and humanely, with sufficient space, shelter, water, and a diet free of antibiotics and added hormones.
