Items will be selected based on the information you provided when filling out our style quiz. We will be handpicking items specifically for you. We may contact you with additional questions to help us select the best items for you.

The box may include: A bra and Panty set, Pajamas, Chemises, Robes, Panties, corsets, Babydolls among others. The retail value of these items will likely be $100 or more.

This will depend on the retail value of an item.

There is no way to skip a month. However, you may choose to skip monthly box delivery and keep monthly fee as store credit for use in other items offered on the site. Contact customer service@thelingeriebox.com to apply the credit towards your account.

If you do not like what was selected for you; you can return the items and receive replacement box or store credit of $49.95 for any other orders within the items in our online store.

Your first box will be shipped within 14 days after the start of your subscription. Subsequent shipping will be done every 30 days from the day you made the subscription.

Your order will be shipped in a customized box with the Lingerie Box inside it. It will be sent in a red mailing envelope.

Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery. They must be unworn with original tags still on for you to receive a store credit.

Please notify us through customerservice@thelingeriebox.com if you have significant changes in your measurements, for example if you lost or gained 20lbs. We will update your customer profile to be able to send the correct items in the next box.
